Ideal for couples, friends, families and small animals! The apartment has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Just 1.5 km walk from Santa Maria Novella station, it is located in a strategic point to reach on foot or by public transport, anywhere in the city. The space My apartment was built in 1904, so the palace has passed two world wars! As used once, the areas are very large, so you will have plenty of space inside your room and in the whole house. You can also admire the wonderful "frescoes" on the ceilings, which has become quite rare in the common houses, and that can be found mostly in museums. In the apartment you will find 2 BATHROOMS! that you can use indiscriminately. Being an old house, the walls are very large, and this means that the house is very cool during the summer months. With such a low price I can not afford the air conditioning but every room is equipped with FAN. As well as in the kitchen. Each guest will have clean and fragrant bedding and towels, sometimes I do not have the time to iron everything, but we ALWAYS guarantee excellent hygiene! The use of the kitchen is allowed, equipped with everything necessary including the washing machine. The use of the kitchen is free for the preparation of short meals and breakfast, but after each use everything must be cleaned and arranged as found, otherwise you will be asked € 10 a day for cleaning. The use of the washing machine costs € 5 per wash including detergent. PARKING The Villa Fabbricotti park is just 50 meters from the house, where you can park your car for free day and night. The gate is open Monday through Friday and has the following hours: OPENING 7:15 AM CLOSED 8 PM If you don't need to use your car after closing time, you can leave it inside overnight. Otherwise, you'll need to move it out into the street before the gate closes. Street parking is free from 8 PM until the next morning. N.B.!!! If you're arriving on a Saturday or Sunday, you can park your car in the street parking spaces, in front of the house, or wherever you find a space, as street parking is free on weekends. If you're leaving on a Saturday or Sunday, you'll need to move your car before 8 PM on Friday evening. It is possible to add a single bed in the same room for the third guest who will pay €25 more per night. Your stay will therefore not be hindered by my presence, but I will always be available 24 hours a day for any information, advice or request.
