Enjoy your stay in this spacious and modern house, just a few minutes from the center of Chania, in a quiet location. The house is fully furnished and equipped, ideal for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. From the balcony you will be enchanted by the panoramic view of the sea and the city – especially at night, when the lights create a magical atmosphere. By car, you are only 5 minutes from the nearest beaches, while the center of Chania is only 2 km away. The space It is a two-storey, spacious, functional, fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary household items, with new appliances and air conditioning, for a pleasant and comfortable stay for both couples and families. At the bottom of the maisonette is the open space consisting of the living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a smart-satellite TV, a fireplace and a versatile sofa that can comfortably accommodate one more person. It also has a large terrace with an outdoor dining area. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, one King-size, one Queen-size and a room with bunk beds and a desk (this room is designed as a children's room, with toys and books) and a balcony with a clothes rack on the outside. All our rooms have large built-in closets, iron, hairdryer, TV and air conditioning. Upstairs there is also the large bathroom with bathtub, washing machine (free) and everything necessary for the comfort of the guests. It also has a large balcony with a seating area that is accessible from the two rooms with double beds. Throughout the space there is air conditioning, heating, hot water and free wi-fi. Outside the house, there is a private parking space for the car (free of charge). Guest access The entire house is at your disposal, indoors and outdoors. There is a large balcony on the upper floor with a living room that communicates with the rooms. Also on the lower floor, outside in the courtyard there is a dining room.
