The Mas is located in a very quiet hamlet with no traffic, close to all amenities and the river. Garden located 2 steps away. Private parking. The space Le Mas des Vieilles Pierres is a very beautiful 17th century mansion that has kept its authenticity, surrounded by greenery and serenity. It is an old magnanerie (breeding of worms for care). It has 4 very spacious and very well-equipped bedrooms. The very friendly living room overlooks the outside as well as in a patio equipped with garden furniture. There is no air conditioning here, but the Mas remains cool thanks to the thick walls. The area of the Mas and 150 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor is the living room, the kitchen area and the pantry as well as a bedroom. There is also a bathroom with wc and patio. An interior staircase leads to the second floor of the 32m2 living room as well as the other 3 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The third level was erected for silkworm farming, the cocoons of which were sold on Ganges, then the French capital of the luxury silk bottom. It is being renovated.
