The space This property is a spacious and stylish apartment which makes a great base from which to explore Eastbourne and surrounding area. On arrival the first room that guests come to is the lounge: a pleasant room with a bay window, two sofas, a dining table, Smart TV with Netflix, Fibre internet, DVD, a USB charging point, and music system with USB input and a record player. An unusual addition to this room are the two single wall-beds which provide extra sleeping space for two guests. This area has a privacy curtain which can be pulled around it. The kitchen is a bright space which is equipped with everything that guests will need for their stay including a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a second dining table in the kitchen which is ideal for breakfast. The bedroom is a relaxing king-size room from which a patio door leads out to the decked seating area. The contemporary bathroom, meanwhile, offers a shower over bath, whilst the separate WC is just next door. Outside, there is a decked seating area with a table and chairs on the same level as the property. Steep stairs lead down to the garden, which has a second seating area and a small lawn. There is also a bike shed which guests can use should they wish, and roadside parking subject to availability, for which permits are supplied at a small cost. A BBQ and 2 x Sun loungers are available for guests and are stored in the Garden shed
