Code will be sent at 13.45 on arrival date. > Check-in at 14.00 and Check-out at 12.00. From 12.00-14.00 Maids need to clean house for next guests. > Charge 500 THB/person/night for extra guests that exceed the reservation. > 1 bed for 2 guests. If you want 1 guest on 1 bed, we charge extra 200THB/bed. pay before check-in. > Bed set up NEED to be confirmed 2 days before your arrival. we will not change during your stay. If no confirmation from guest, bed will be set up as we see fit. > Max 2 kids under 3 years old is free but no bed set up. Besides this, charge as an adult. > STRICTLY no smoking inside house, allow only outside the house/ NO PET/ NO durian (a fine for smell issue 5,000THB) > Fresh Towels for every guests only on your first day of arrival. if you want more, 100THB/towel. > House is cleaned before you check-in. for daily cleaning, charge 900 baht each time with new bedsheet and towel. > NO grill or NOT bring any other grilling equipment into house. You can ONLY use grill pans in the kitchen. The grill pan is used with a gas stove, which has a hood to manage smells and smoke in the kitchen. > DO NOT throw sanitary napkin or trash in the toilet. Toilet works properly and is checked every time before check-in.If toilet can NOT flush down During check-out, charge 2,000THB. > No breakfast > Private parking inside house for a car and car in front of our house. > EV charging from household outlets is strictly prohibited. Fine 2,000THB/day.Guests will be held liable for any damage caused. > Longer stay (more than 14days), We charge electric upon your usage (5 THB/unit).We provide weekly cleaning with changing bed sets and towels.
