Grenfell Guesthouse “Lonsdale at Willowcroft”

Lonsdale is a spacious, comfortable, country guesthouse that provides accommodation for up to two people. The guesthouse was built in 2018 next to Willowcroft cottage (circa 1900). Set on 3 acres & 2.4kms from town centre. Enjoy a beautiul garden, sunsets and maybe a drink around the fire pit (small charge for wood) during autumn/winter. * Breakfast is not provided. So BYO! Tea, coffee and milk are provided. Please note that the guesthouse and surrounds are STRICTLY NON SMOKING OR VAPING. The space The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom and spacious living area with lounge and dining table which overlooks and opens out into the garden. Reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans keep temperatures under control. Electric blankets are fitted during colder months. TV ( sorry not "smart") and DVD player and a selection of DVDs are also provided. Wifi is available. Please request access details on arrival or during your stay. Guest access Undercover, off road parking. Unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note WIFI AND EVs Wifi. Always a headache in some regional areas including GRENFELL! It is available but at times of high demand can be slow. Lonsdale's wifi is connected to the host's wifi and data . My plan is not unlimited data so please be considerate. PLEASE request Username and Password on arrival or during your stay. Mobile phones. GRENFELL is covered by Telstra or Optus. Other providers have little or no service here. But you can connect to Lonsdale’s wifi to email or message. But connection can be inconsistent! Something we have live with here! Electric Vehicles. Charging of EVs is strictly not permitted at this property. However there is an EV charger near the Grenfell Aquatic Centre in town. Please see information in last photo in gallery.
