New building 3F #303 ~OHANA TOKYO HOUSE~

Hello!This is my host Maiko! Thank you for visiting our 303 listing (^ ^) The 3rd floor has 5 private rooms with locks on the 1st floor. 303 rooms are arranged with 1 bed and 1 mattress. There is a TV. It is a room that is perfect for staying without meals! The living room has a large kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and rice cooker. Plates and cups are also available. There are 3 toilets in total: 1 for men, 1 for women, 1 for men and 1 for women, and 1 shower room. There are two sinks. There is also a washing machine on the first floor of the building, so you can stay for a long time! We also have disinfection goods, so you can spend your time in peace while sanitizing the places you care about. Sanitize rooms and common areas thoroughly during cleaning. There is no crowd, and it is also recommended to celebrate anniversaries and birthdays in a quiet place! In addition, there are many uses as a shooting place, so please do not hesitate to let us know when you use it. The space Thank you very much for seeing to our house! My building has the 1st throth 3th floor of new house:) There are 5guest rooms on third floor. There is one living room on each floors. Room 303 has a bed and a mattress. There's a TV. So I recommend it for a short stay. We also have sterilization goods, so you can spend a long time with your family or partner in a clean and secure manner. The share kitchen,a refrigerator,a toster,a microwave,a kettle pot and a rice kooker are installed there. There is a washing machine on the first floor of the building, so you can stay for a long time!! And 3rest rooms,1shower room,2wash basin are in a share part. Please see a layout in the picture for more information:) -------------------------------------------------------------------- ◆The third floor is very sunny and popular floor◆ My house has had more than 1,900 customers!! It is 15 minutes walk from the nearest station to my house, but I am grateful to all the guests that stayed my house:) ★My house is in a place away from the busy streets of Tokyo. When you need it, you can go to the downtown area and enjoy the rest of the my house’s area. And there are not many people, so you can have a relaxing time. I also recommend spending time in the famous Toneri Park. “Recommended for those who want to avoid crowds or enjoy a new way of traveling.” ♦︎ About infection control ♦︎ The house is new and clean, and it has a disinfectant and disinfectant, so you can spend your time feeling at peace of mind. There are disinfectant on each floor. ~parsonal room ~ Private rooms are locked so you can spend time in a private space. There are a single bed and matress (size: 90 cm x 200 cm) in the room. There is a decor which feels Japan in the room:) If it's possible to find you to come to Japan, I'm happy‼︎ A cup noodle is presented to everybody of a guest by a present from me:) Please eat during a stay by a kettle pot and bring it back to a gift. ~living room (share)~ There are the lowest tableware ,cookware and dishes in the kitchen:) Would you like to enjoy dinner with your friend and the parson who became good?:) ~shower room(share)~ There are shampoo, conditioner and a body soap. ~rest room(share)~ There are three toilets: men, women, and communal. There are two wash basins. ★★There is no face-to-face meeting with the host, it is self-check-in. There is a thermometer at the entrance, so you can check your body temperature, fill out a health check sheet, send photo of a health check sheet to the host, and enter the room at the checkin time. ◎ Customers of various nationalities stay in my house:) There are many customers who get along well with each other and have a wonderful experience of sightseeing together, becoming friends, etc!! There are two sinks.(There is a hair dryer here.) There is no meeting with the host at★ check-in, it is self check-in. There is a thermometer at the entrance, so you can check your temperature, fill in the health check sheet, and send the photo to the host to enter. ◎My house is always used by people of different nationalities♫ There are many people who have become friends with the customers they have used so far and go sightseeing together, and are connected even after the trip is over ^ ^ Have a great experience as a place to communicate! Other things to note ☆This place has an official permission from local government and satisfied fire safety as a short term rental accommodation.☆ ・Please note that we have legal obligation in Japan to request copy of passports.(Please take a picture of the passport and send in the message.) The person who can't protect that can't permit a stay. When you have arrived at a room, please write the truth on a registration card. When there is a request from a country, personal information elucidates. It isn't published by a reason for it, so please be relieved. ・At check-in, please fill out the temperature measurement and health check sheet at the entrance, take a picture of the check sheet with your mobile phone, and send a picture to the host. ☆This room is licensed under the Hotels and Inns Business Act ☆ ・ There is a guest list in the room, so please fill it in. These are share place. ・It'll be guest's other trouble, so small hours communicate with loud voice after 12 o'clock, and please don't make the big sound of foot steps. ・ There are no floors of female exclusive use. ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー ・ My house is not available for luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. ・ Living room, shower room, toilet and washroom are shared every floor. ・ Please do not talk loudly or make loud footsteps after 12: 00 in the evening. ・ There is no floor dedicated to women. ・ As for the amenity towels in my house, in principle, we will have one large towel and one small towel per person for short-term stays. There is no system for changing towels every day, if necessary, please wash them in the washing machine and use them. Please use it with that understanding.
