My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have 2 lovely bedrooms with quality furnishings both with ensuites, and their own balconies. Each room has TV, hair dryer, heated towel rails, and under floor heating. There is a guest lounge with free tea, coffee, snacks and wine. Free WiFi. The space We are on a quiet street close to SHW 1 with a lovely garden,and great views of the ocean. Just a 2 min walk to beach Caroline Bay, CBAY (heated pool) and tennis stadium, 7Min walk to numerous restaurants. We have at least 7 golf courses within a 30 min drive. Mt Dobson Ski field 1hr drive, also the Night Sky Reserve at Lake Tekapo. 2 hrs to Mt Cook. Guest access Our rooms are on ground floor with plenty of parking.
