The 1th floor flat is close to Kıbrıs Şehitleri Street. It's the main street for attractions, bars, restaurants, shops & etc. Enjoy large living room and small cozy balcony. You can reach Alsancak train station from the airport by Izban train. Alsancak train station and the nearest bus stop are 5 minutes away, and the pier is 7 minutes away on foot. There is a fridge, cooker, kettle, Android Led Smart TV and surround speakers. There are convertible couches in the living room. There are cafes and bars very close by, only 2 minutes away by foot.
