The space Our property is one of a kind, it retains an absolute privacy since it is located on a secluded and panoramic hill but at the same time we are very close to the amenities. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the town of Spert where you can find, as well as excellent meat, a small but provided food and a bakery. We have expanded our offerings for our guests with a large multipurpose room used as a recreation room, featuring table tennis, foosball, a sound system, a 65" Smart TV, USB and HDMI connections, a smart working area, and children’s games. Possibility of business meetings and small receptions.
