The philosophies of this architectural design revolve around Hinduism.A Balinese-designed home or villa is built around these philosophies: Tri Mandala – rules of space division and zoning Sanga Mandala – also a set of rules of space division and zoning based on directions Asta Kosala Kosali – 8 guidelines of architectural designs regarding symbols, shrines, stages, and measurement units Arga Segara – sacred axis between mountain and sea. Using these philosophies, Our House focuses on 4 Strength Aspects, which are: A Good Ventilation System – with Balinese homes with big windows are used to give full attention to air circulation. A large free space between the roof and wall was also created. A Massive Yard – based on the concept of being in harmony with nature, a typical beautiful yard flourished our house where Balinese flowers “frangipani, Balinese Vegetables, and Other Living Environment contained here. A Guarding Wall – a high wall protects the home from public view, providing privacy and protection from other people, as well as to ward off black magic and evil spirits from entering the property. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the Lovina Beach and 5 minutes to walk to see the Mountain View. We will also be welcome to provide you a local guide speaking English who can escort you to explore the surrounded area. 3 rooms are available to give the 'experience' of ‘togetherness’ living family in modern architecture for the residents of Bali. The main room with King Size Bed facilitated with inside bathroom, bath tub and toilet will give you private convenient access during your stay. Air Conditioner is also available in this room to optimize fresh air into the house so that the occupancy remains cool. The two other rooms facilitate with Double Bed for two people with FAN and big window will give full attention to air circulation. We also have our Spacious living room with TV, authentic Balinese sofa and international TV channel is capable of providing comfort in interacting with your family. While the kitchen with modern design will be able to help you prepare your meal needs that you can prepare according to your wishes. Outside the house, A four-post pavilion is known as ‘bale sakepat’ (Balinese "four-post pavilion") allow you to relax while enjoying the morning coffee and sunshine as well as a place to receive guests. Our outside kitchen offers you an enjoyable experience of cooking and barbequing.
