We are located on a beautiful sandy beach with our own private jetty on the river that leads out to Port Phillip Bay. It is a privilege to have our guests share in this waterfront setting. The bedroom space is a separate area on the ground floor level within the main residence that is purpose built as guest accommodation. Walk in robe and powder room or study, Kitchenette and sitting area with smart TV .Split system heat/cool MAXIMUM 2 PEOPLE ONLY. NO OTHERS ALLOWED The space Bedroom Suite with sitting areas and an eating area. It also has its own separate powder room or study and a separate bathroom. It is on the ground floor level of the main residence entry by side door only.The space is strictly for 2 PEOPLE ONLY No others allowed on property Guest access The whole area as described is separate and for use of guests only. The private beach and jetty is shared can be accessed by guests, who may like to walk on the private jetty During your stay We are here to assist our guests to find local places to visit and to give advise on the best places to eat
