Small casita in a quiet property in the countryside , only 2 km from Manacor and 15 minutes from all the most beautiful beaches near Porto Cristo (west coast). And 2 minutes from Nadal International Tennis Center. La Casita is fully equipped and comfortable , with air conditioning ....the property is shared with the owners who live in a large house, each house is totally private, parking is common, there are cats and a very nice dog. The space Fully equipped , "la Casita" is ideal for a stay as a couple. It consists of a double bed, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom . La Casita is equipped with air conditioning and the Casita is equipped with On its roof , there is a south facing terrace and a shelter from the sun with deckchairs and benches to take your meals, sunbathing and napping... Ideally located 12 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of the northeast of the island, the port of Porto Cristo and its famous caves , the "Casita" is located in the countryside 2.5 km from Manacor and all the facilities that this small town offers (all shops, restaurants, cinema, theater , hospital, sports clubs, disco...) . Two bicycles are at your disposal. La Casita is next to the owners house, sometimes present in summer...We are very discreet and we live in the back of the large house. Guests live in front of the house. If we are there , the pool and garden are to be shared . We never rent to two different families together. Via Verde, a path reserved for pedestrians and cyclists, which connects Manacor to Arta, passes by the property. From the terrace ,facing south, overlooking the Casita, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside. You can also enjoy the garden of the property and the above ground pool...
