Apartment close to downtown with its cafes, shops, market. On the road leading to the Pyrenees, Sigean is an ideal site to discover the beaches of the Mediterranean (10 minutes away), the ponds offering superb landscapes 5 minutes away, the Corbières, the cities of Narbonne, Perpignan, the medieval city of Carcassonne, Spain. Sigean is also ideally located for windsurfing, kitesurfing: Leucate spot 20 min/ facilities of the Port Mahon pond. The space The apartment located on the first floor of my house (access by a slightly steep staircase, "Japanese step" type), has - a fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, traditional coffee maker, kettle, tea towels) open to the living room (with sofa bed for which sheets are not provided) - a bedroom (140 cm bed with duvet, mattress protector, pillows, sheets provided if necessary) with bathroom and toilet (towels are not provided). The apartment is non-smoking.
