Splendid villa on the beautiful sea of ​​Sant'Elia, in the municipality of Santa Flavia. The villa overlooks the beautiful Sicilian sea, offering a marvelous view of the rocky coastline and sandy beach. Please note: A tourist tax of €2 per person will be applied for the first six days, as per municipal resolution of April 12, 2023. Guest access Access to Casa Buscarini is very easy, as it's located right on the seafront and, being all on one level, is easily accessible. Other things to note PARKING: During the winter (generally from mid-October to April), you can park for free in the pedestrian area directly in front of the house or nearby. During the summer (from May to mid-October), the house is within the pedestrian area, so parking is not possible directly in front of the house; you must park in designated parking lots, which are both free and paid.
