Deep in the heart of Cottage Grove-Houston Heights, this dog-friendly bungalow (1 under 30 lbs. Please tell us when you book) boasts a great location, huge gated yards, private parking, close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Walkable to Memorial Park and White Oak Bayou (Minutes from Downtown, Montrose & The Galleria) Charming spot ideal for couples/solo travelers who want a quiet retreat minutes from all Houston has to offer. 2 dedicated work spaces with fast wifi, full kitchen and a grill The space The space is a 828 square foot bungalow located on a 5,000 square foot lot. Mid-century modern interior decor and shaded front porch, complete with Adirondack chairs. Full kitchen with microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and coffee makers (coffee & tea included). Huge, well-maintained backyard with tree-shaded deck and off-street gated parking on a well-lit property. The property sleeps 4 adults comfortably. We have one twin air mattress available (please let us know at booking, there is an additional charge for more than 4 guests). Both bedrooms have comfortable, queen-size beds. The Apple TV has an account with the following streaming platforms: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO max, Disney+, ParamountPlus/Showtime and Peacock. We also have a Pack’n’Play available, it has a mattress cover, but please bring your own sheets. Guest access Guests have complete access to the gated back yard, deck (w/ furniture and grill), the front porch, the gated front yard and driveway. Other things to note If you bring your dog, please pick up after them in the yard (there is a poop bag dispenser and small yellow trash can on the inside of the backyard gate), keep them out of the flowerbeds, and off the furniture inside.
