TERTSA APARTMENT No 101

Our apartments are located in the traditional village of Tertsa(80km south of Iraklion and 25km west of Ierapetra)between the village of Myrtos and Psari Forada. It is situated in a green valley, in which river Tsounas runs.In front of the village just 10 metres away from our apartments lies a quiet beach with coarse gray sand and beautiful crystal clear waters.Some tamarisk trees in front on the settlement offering natural shade. The space Our air conditioned apartment No 101 has one bedroom with double bed and window, a livingroom with a sofabed(we can put also second bunkbed) ,TV and free WiFi. There is also a kitchen with a fridge and cooking hobs along and a bathroom with free toiletries. Guest access Three tavernas and one minimarket are nearby(only 5 metres away).The beach is just 10 metres away and you can enjoy it by using our canoe and seabicycle free.On the western edge of the beach, there is a great round rock. A second stunning beach, called Psaroharako, is formed beyond this rock, which is nicer and more secluded than this in front of the settlement. There is a short passable dirt road connecting this beach with the village. Other things to note Tertsa are habited by a few people who originate mainly from the village of Sykologos, located 7.5km northern. Initially, the buildings of the settlement were used as depots for the carobs and citrus produced in the region. Today, the few residents still deal with agriculture, as the area is full with large greenhouses with bananas and open field cultivations of tomato, pepper, cucumber, etc.).
