The space Under the Zuiderkerk, at the Zanddwarsstraat, this guestroom is in a 16th century building. One metrostop from Central Station. Smoking only outside. No extra guests, no parties. You are in an old residential neighbourhood, so please respect the neighbours. Silence outside after 11 o'clock. We are living in the same building and will try to make you comfortable and give you good addresses for your needs. Musea, interesting sites, markets and restaurants at walking distance. You can drop your suitcases earlier then check in time and leave them with us later then checking out-time. Guest access You have your own door to the street, through a well lit alley and up open steps to the first floor. Unto your own private terrace with table, bench and chair. Plant lovers will enjoy our flowergarden. Inside is a studio consisting of bedroom/living, corridor, seperate shower and separate toilet(both private, only for your use).
