The space Hili Apartment 2 is a simple and comfortable ground-floor unit located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the center of Tiberias. The apartment includes one bedroom and a separate living room, and is ideal for a couple or a couple with up to two children. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy hammock and a sofa bed that can sleep up to two additional guests. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stovetop, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and basic kitchenware—perfect for preparing simple meals during your stay. The apartment has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and Shabbat amenities (hotplate and urn) are available upon request. Just outside the apartment, near the entrance, there’s a private sitting area reserved for your use. This area is part of a shared yard with one other unit, but no one else will be seated directly next to your door. There is one parking spot available for the complex on a first-come, first-served basis, and additional free street parking nearby. The location is very convenient: – 3-minute walk to fast food, public transportation, and a synagogue – 10-minute walk to the Big Tiberias Mall – 15-minute walk to the promenade and the Sea of Galilee This apartment is part of a complex with three separate units. You can book just one apartment, two, or all three together—perfect for extended families or groups of friends. Other things to note * According to Israeli tax laws, the price includes 17% VAT for Israeli citizens and residents. Guests with B2 (tourist), B3, B4 visas, and diplomats can receive a refund upon presenting the relevant documents upon arrival at the property. * BBQ is not allowed * Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. * Playing music through amplification devices is prohibited. * Check-out time on all days is 11:00 AM. If you wish to stay until the end of Shabat or the end of a holiday, an additional fee of 150 ILS will be charged. * Important Note Regarding Infants: This property is not equipped or suited for infants. There are no cribs, cots, baby gates, high chairs, or any other infant-specific amenities. The space and furnishings are not designed with babies in mind.
