This unique flat is 70 m2 in one open space with semi dividing walls! The space THE HABITAT I have a wonderful apartment facing the lovely Folkets park between the areas Möllan and St. Knuts torg. This unique flat is 70 m2 or 754 square feet. It´s one open space with semi dividing walls. Because of the openness the light moves freely through the space but the walls still offer privacy. The balcony is located from the bedroom, facing our green garden, that´s possible to use for barbecuing and hanging out. The bed is very comfortable and comparable with a King size, 72 x 84 inches, 180 x 213 cm and the half room offer space for an additional double air mattress that I provide when you are more Then 2 guests. I provide fresh linen and towels to all guests. The kitchen has its original interieur and the bathroom has a deep bathtub, that´s frequently used during the swedish fall and winter. Here is a strong wireless connection and a speaker for you to plug your Ipod or other musicdevise. The apartment is up for rent all year around since I´m either travelling, working around the world or stay in the studio while there´s guests visiting. The apartment has two floors in total with a beautiful loft on top, that I use as studio for creating my jewelry. The floors are not connected so you have privacy while staying here but the possibility of reaching me whenever you might need. Please contact me if you have any questions.
