This guest house is produced by Koichi Aoyama, a JPSA-certified professional surfer from Kyoto. He built the inn himself with the hope that city dwellers would experience the extraordinary, and it feels like you are in Hawaii while in Japan. Why not listen to the sound of the waves and the sound of the insects at an oceanfront cottage? It is run by a family of four. We have two small daughters, so guests with small children are very welcome. It's about 5 kilometers from the nearest station, but rest assured, we'll pick you up and drop you off for free. If you stay, please try our home cooking made with local ingredients. This area is fresh in fish, meat, vegetables, and water. ○Breakfast 650 yen,○ dinner 1750 yen * Reservations are required. Please let us know if you'd like vegetarian or vegan cuisine. The beach in front of the inn is a 1-minute walk. The beach where you can surf is a 5-minute drive away. Board rentals (from 2,200 yen per day) and transportation to the sea (1,100 yen) are also available. In addition to surfers and pilgrims, some guests come to enjoy nature at their leisure. Enjoy this wonderful area by using a free rental bicycle. The space The owner, who has been going to North Shore, Hawaii, for 40 years, built the inn himself, and it looks like a Hawaiian cottage. You can experience a foreign atmosphere while in Japan. All guest rooms are private, but the bath, shower, toilet, and dining room are shared with other guests. You can drink beer while looking at the sea in front of the house, take a walk, and just being here will naturally heal you. You can also dine at the inn, but you can also cook for yourself in the simple outdoor kitchen. There are also diners and ramen shops within walking distance. Also, the owner's family lives on the same property, so you can stay with peace of mind. This is an inn where you can feel like you are staying with a Japanese family. Meals can be added as an option, with dinner (1750 yen) and breakfast (650 yen). Using local fish and meat, we make healthy dishes by hand every day. If you want to play in the sea, you can rent a surfboard shaped by the owner, Hiro. Leave the explanation of surf points to Hiro! Other things to note We will pick you up and drop you off for free at the nearest station, Awa-Kainan Station, so please be sure to let us know when booking. Free parking is also available on site. Please use the free rental bicycles (2) during your stay. Please let us know if you'll be arriving earlier than check-in time. The room is private, but the bath, shower room, toilet, and dining room are shared with other guests. Also, the building is handmade, so it has poor sound insulation.
