U Studios Masterton (formerly Cornwall Park Motel) is a little slice of quiet heaven off the main drag of Masterton. With beautiful park like grounds and an outdoor pool we have 10 Motel style rooms and a standalone villa that sleeps 12. The space With the run of the place you have a standalone Villa at U Studios Masterton, parking and you can even jump in the outdoor pool! A beautiful big kitchen, dining area, and living room with a smart TV with Freeview and Netflix will have you feeling like your at your favourite home away from home. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request. Additional fees may apply. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and approval must be obtained prior to booking. Any pet-related fees not disclosed at the time of booking will not be waived. We will require valid photo identification prior to check-in in the form of Driver’s License or Passport and evidence of your booking reference for bookings made via all websites.
