It is located on the 1st floor of a single-family house built in 2020 and occupied by the owners themselves, in a quiet residential area 5 minutes' walk from the historic center of Mondsee. The space Accommodation I Amenities The 60 sqm apartment consists of a spacious and well-equipped kitchen-living room with a cozy dining area and a comfortable sofa, on which you can relax wonderfully. The spacious box-spring bed ensures comfort in the bedroom, in which a pull-out sofa also offers additional sleeping options if necessary. Sufficient storage space is provided by two tall cabinets and a dresser. There are also TVs in the bedroom with cable connection + NETFLIX. Wi-Fi is of course available throughout the apartment. The bathroom has a vanity, spacious shower and toilet. There is also a new washing machine. An ironing board and iron are part of the apartment's basic equipment. Tourist tax of €2.4/person/night is not included in the price.
