The best city view of Berlin

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel. The space Where you will live : - Near Alexanderplatz ( 5 minutes by feet) The flat is on a pedestrian way, near the Museum Island, the Christian Dome, a few meters from the bridges of the Spree river ! It is also 2 minutes from Hackesche Höfe neighborhood with a cinema, an original circus theater ("Chamaleon"), a small village with hidden shop and unique cafe… and of one of the best shopping street of Berlin ( clothes, Apple store...)! There is an impressive choice of restaurants and different types of kitchen, too in the 500 meters around, 15 are directly on the pedestrian way in front of the flat. You will find also there a new big supermarket ( Rewe), open from 7 to midnight, and an organic supermarket (BioCompany). The S-Bahn ( 4 main lines) is 30 meters from the flat building door, with a direct connection to the Brandenburg Airport ( 40 minutes)... and to the Railway Station, 2 minutes ride from Alexanderplatz and direct to almost all points of interest. Important note for sensitive ears : Be prepared to hear the sound of the city of Berlin ( train, tram, restaurants, buskers) in summer, in afternoons/ evening, from the balcony or when the windows are open. When the windows are closed, the inside of the flat is completely silent. Things that other AirBnB may not have : - Check-in is often possible from 14:00 and up to 2:00 in the night. I can sometimes give you the key myself. Early check-in ( from 6 am) are sometimes also possible, message me. - Free mineral water at your arrival, - Choices of coffee, tea, sugar, organic honey... for the 1st morning, - The hand soap, shower gel, shampoo are organic and at your disposal ( and German bath salt) , - Allergy-friendly ( reduced textiles and objects) and there are sensitive-friendly house cleaning products, - A corner with different Berlin guides and Theatre, Galleries, Musicals programms updated frequently, to give you ideas -A few displays for children : night light, Lego, games, coloring... Displays for children under 2 ( bed, high chair...) - Good Wi-Fi connection... and possibility to print for free directly from the flat ! during your stay - a small "Climber" machine ( arms and legs) for sporty guests -For colder days: an infra-red light + the possibility to use a portable infrared sauna (can even be used on the balcony) - For Summer: fans, portable fans to bring with you and lounge chair on the balcony + If you need to work in the flat, we will accomodate the best workspace possible for you, please notify it before) !
