Pixie Cottage

Pixie Cottage has recently been renovated to a very high standard, with special attention given to providing everything you need for a home away from home. The Cottage benefits from a great residential location on the edge of the town centre, 5 minutes walk from the railway station, with direct links to Lewes, Brighton, Hastings and London. The space There is a very well equipped kitchen (microwave, oven and dishwasher) and the living accommodation includes a dining area and lounge with comfortable seating for four. The flat screen TV/DVD player includes Freeview, and the cottage also benefits from internet access, and iphone sound system and a NEST smart smoke alarm. The lounge is also well stocked with a great selection of DVD's, board games and books. There is also a large outside terrace that can be used for dining and relaxing outside. There is also a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer located in the garage. In addition a welcome tray containing eggs, milk, juice, preserves etc will be provided for each stay. Please note - although there is a garage at the property it is of reduced size due to the cottage's more spacious than normal downstairs accommodation for properties of this type. It is therefore unable to accommodate a normal sized car. Parking in the Courtyard is permitted for 20 minutes allowing loading/unloading, and on street residents parking permits will be provided free of charge for each day of your stay. There is a security camera outside of the front door which monitors the parking/public space leading up to the front door only.
