This spacious 3 bedroom, two bathroom property (1600 sq feet/148.5 meters sq) is on the stylish Downs, right on the edge of the town. It is partly over a small quiet business (which opens 9am to 5.30 pm only) and has three double bedrooms, a large living room with log burner, a good sized kitchen and two bathrooms (including one en-suite) THE PROPERTY ACCOMMODATIONS IS OVER THREE FLOORS AND IS NOT THEREFORE IDEAL FOR THE ELDERLY, OR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES. The space You will have access to all of the space in our property with the exception of a 'lock-up' area under the stairs on the ground floor. You will find that the there is great sense of space on offer overall. The large living room has a log burner which is easy to light and which provides great comfort/atmosphere - especially on winter nights and supplements the effective central heating system which is in place. The kitchen is adjoining the living room and there is a very large main bathroom. The bedrooms are all doubles. Old Trafford is approx. 15 minutes by Metro while central Manchester is about 25 minutes. Very regular metro service - typically every 10 minutes or so.
