The space A totally renovated apartment for 4 people, furnished with care and taste, with a great canal view, in a quiet area, silent at night and very safe at any time. The romantic Zattere promenade is close by, so as the lively Campo Santa Margherita with its lots of bars, little cafes and affordable nice restaurants due to the closeness with the main Universities of Venice. In this side of the city you will meet mostly local people and young students coming from all over Italy to study here. Some of the most beautiful churches are close by and a visit is not to miss: the oldest San Nicolò dei Mendicoli, San Sebastiano church with the Paolo Veronese frescoes and San'Angelo Raffaele Guest access The apartment is located at the ground floor and it has a totally independent access.
