Our modern family house is located near Vondelpark and Leidseplein. The house has two floors with a large kitchen, small garden and can host 2 adults and up to 2-3 children. Perfect for families visiting Amsterdam! Walking distance to Leidseplein (5 min), Vondelpark (6 min) and Museum area (7min). Ground floor: livingroom, large kitchen, toilet, small garden. Second floor: parents bedroom (double bed), two kid rooms (single BUNK beds) and a tv room (with couch bed), bathroom and separate toilet. The space Our child friendly family home is located in the city center in a quiet neighbourhood (Helmersbuurt). Only 5-7 min walk to the Leidseplein, Vondelpark, the Jordaan, PC Hooft straat and Museum-area. Enjoy our 19th century house with open kitchen, large dining table and four bedrooms. The Neigbourhood: “Helmersbuurt”, close to the Jordaan, the Museum-area, Leidseplein and Vondelpark, situated in a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood. We offer a child friendly home that easily accomodates 2 adults and 3-4 children. Great playground opposite our house for your kids and many families living in out street. On the second floor we have 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is one master bedroom with one double bed and two junior bedrooms with children's BUNK beds (80 cm x 200 cm). The third room (tv/play room) has a sleeping couch when folded out, is width 120 cm and length: 200 cm for an extra person. The open kitchen/dining area is ideal for passionate cooks. Our well equipped kitchen also has a microwave and a separate oven. We have an Nespresso coffee machine which makes great cappuccino's. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or meal sitting at our large dining table, which has 6 comfortable chairs or outside on the terrace. You will have access to all the rooms. You will have our house to yourself. There are a piano and electronic drumset available for music lovers. Guest access You will have our house to yourself. Please make yourself at home! This residence is where we take great pleasure in living, and we will make every effort to ensure that the apartment is as comfortable as possible during your stay. As this is our primary residence, you may find personal belongings and decorations throughout the space. However, we strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all our guests. Please be aware that this is not a commercial rental, but rather an accommodation with character, designed to create a unique experience for our guests. In accordance with municipal regulations in Amsterdam, residents may rent out their primary residence for a maximum of 30 nights per year. Consequently, availability is limited, making this accommodation a rare and special find! Other things to note Our House is the house we live in, so all our stuff is in our house and the house will also look used. Our House is not a Hotel, just a comfortable family house to live in and enjoy Amsterdam. Don't rent our house when you expect hotel quality. Some people find our stairs steep, but this is just Amsterdam style. Do not rent our house in case you have difficulty walking or have really young kids (< 4 years).
