The space A luxurious home from home, this brand-new place has clear and modern vibes. It is surrounded by a huge private courtyard. You can enjoy a drink on the cosy terrace or relax in the lavish jacuzzi. A perfect blend between contemporary and glam lines creates a welcoming atmosphere in this lovely villa. On the ground floor, you will find a common area that comes with a lounge, an elegant dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware available for any light cooking. An Essse by Giugiaro coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher are also, at your disposal. Just relax and enjoy your stay, coffee, tea and filtered water are on us. There are 3 deluxe rooms, on the ground floor, while on the first floor, you will find 2 deluxe rooms, each of them with a private terrace, and 1 standard room. All six rooms are fitted with a queen-size upholstered bed (160x200 cm), smart TV, minibar and a private bathroom with a walk-in rain shower; amenities and towels are included. Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and FREE OF CHARGE. SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the terraces for a coffee and a smoke. If you want to relax, you are invited to use a lovely jacuzzi situated on the property’s deck. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire villa, including all amenities. Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security. Other things to note • The villa is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby. • Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee. • Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences. • The villa operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience. • Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly. • We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible. • Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities. • Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents. • Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process. • Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. • A penalty fee of 500 RON/room will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises. • Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
