Casa Gioia is a colorful and cozy apartment in the heart of the historic center, a few meters from the Teatro Massimo and the hub of nightlife, where in a maze of pedestrian streets you can lose yourself and rediscover the most authentic Palermo. The space Casa Gioia is on the third floor without an elevator but, on the other hand, it offers a beautiful view of the charming Baroque church of Sant'Ignazio all'Olivella and can accommodate up to six people. The apartment consists of a cozy kitchen, which will be at your disposal, a wonderful flowered terrace where you can drink a good glass of wine, two bathrooms both with shower and four bedrooms in total. The room is very spacious, bright and furnished, equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, hot/cold air conditioner. Free Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the apartment. You will find jams, coffee, milk, tea, and herbal teas to start your day off right!!! Upon request, it will be possible to organize bike tours, street art tours, yoga lessons, sailing trips, and taxi sharing to and from the airport. If you have any questions, just ask! Guest access You will feel at home! You will have the use of the kitchen with its tools, the terrace where you can eat meals, and a shared refrigerator. During your stay I love welcoming my guests in person because the exchange is the most exciting aspect of being a host. If this is not possible, my friend Maria will be there to do the honours. In the event of early or late check-in, you can access the apartment easily and independently (we will give you all the instructions in this regard).
