Elegant historic villa located in a hilly area within a very stately setting (German village) . Inside the property you can admire the ruins of the church of San Domenico (not to be visited). The villa is surrounded by a large garden of 1000 sqm well maintained, a terrace/solarium of 100 sqm with suggestive panorama, private indoor parking, a barbecue area and several relaxation areas with hammocks, benches and rocking chairs. Maximum tranquility and confidentiality. The space The villa with an area of 200 sqm, fully air-conditioned, is on one level. The imposing entrance divides the house into two areas. The living area consists of a large living room with fireplace and television, small functional kitchen with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher, bedroom with double sofa bed and 1/2 and a bathroom. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms (two with television) and two bathrooms. A single bed or crib can be added to a single bed. Along the entrance you can access an outdoor veranda overlooking the garden. The property is completed by an external shower with a masonry box, 3/4 parking spaces inside the villa included in the price, a barbecue area with two grills with a masonry table to be used in a possible evening of barbecue. Guest access Customers will have the use of the entire villa with the exception of the ruins of the Church of San Domenico, which will be closed to the public. It is possible, as an additional service, to request transfers from Terracina to Rome airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) or to Naples airport. Other things to note For the proper maintenance of the villa and in order to guarantee my guests a pleasant stay, a person appointed by me will come two days a week, on Mondays and Thursdays from 17:00 to 19:00, to water and care for the garden, except unforeseen events. Of course, my guests have the right to change the day or time upon prior notice.
