Residence “8 Loft” is a sophisticated residence consisting of 8 splendidly restored new apartments in a corner of tranquility, calmness and historic charm in the Santa Croce district, a short distance from Piazzale Roma and easily reachable from the S. Lucia station of Venice. All apartments are located on the ground floor, furnished in a modern style, a comfortable and quiet accommodation in an ideal area for a pleasant stay. The space Once inside, on the ground floor, each apartment consists of a large and pleasant living / dining room with sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking with ease. On the first floor the lofts have a bedroom with a double bed and one / two modern tiled bathrooms with shower. Furthermore, all 8 apartments of the “8 Loft” Residence are equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher and Wi-Fi connection, ensuring all the comforts of home. Guest access After your reservation, you will receive a welcome email, with all the information of how to get to the apartment and plan your arrival in the best way possible. Other things to note During the check-in, the guest must complete the short tourist lease contract according to Law 431/98, art. 1, lett. C. Guests are required to complete the web check-in prior to arrival and provide a valid document(ID or Passport) per each guest for the registration. In addition, the guest must pay the city tax, mandatory according to current legislation. Heating is available annually from October 15th to April 15th.
