Central studio with kingsize bed and private shower room. Great location for Keswick base. Dog friendly (no CATS) with free Wi-fi The space This is a 4 bedroom flat converted into studios so other rooms are in close proximity, people who are light sleepers or sensitive to noise may want to bring earplugs, all rooms have a minimum noise policy 10pm TIL 8am however but I’m not responsible for external noise I’m afraid. This property is not suitable for children. This second floor studio has a kingsize bed, kitchenette ( microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle- no oven or hob I’m afraid) with dining space with shower room alongside. There is a radio and games ( but is a tv free zone!) This is a great location for a base camp to have a great night out in Keswick or to explore the lakes. This is a dog friendly room with no extra cost for your pets however are limited to 2 due to space. Please bring own bowls and bedding This space is a studio (there is no option for this on Airbnb) which means everything is contained within one room and space is limited please ask if you have further questions however Other things to note There is no private parking for the studio however there is free on street parking less than a minutes walk down blencathra street and adjoining side streets. There are currently no facilities for dogs so you will have to provide your own bed/water bowl etc. Also this is a working progress so feedback is greatly appreciated! As the studio is located within a block of flats noise from other guests must be kept to a minimum during the hours of 10pm-8am. Studio is located on a side road with keswick town centre so very light sleepers may be advised to bring ear plugs due to light traffic noise. Drawbacks of the location I’m afraid!
