My 1950’s home is located in a prestigious eastern suburb (St Georges). Approximately 6 kilometres from Adelaide City centre, 12 kilometres from Adelaide Airport and 3 kilometres from the start of the South Eastern Freeway. It’s an original 1950’s two bedroom, double brick home which is set within walking distance to shops (25 minutes walk), and other lifestyle amenities. Children and Pet friendly home. The space Beautiful trees surround the property. There is plenty of space inside and outside the home. There are security screen doors, security flood lights at the front and at the rear of the home. The home has a smoke detector, and a first aid kit. Bedroom one has reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating & cooling), a ceiling fan, a queen size bed and a built in wardrobe, note: this door can not be locked. Bedroom two has reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating & cooling), a ceiling fan, two single beds and wardrobe space, note: this door can not be locked. The living area has reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating & cooling), two comfortable lounges, a Smart TV and DVD player. This room also has a dining table, chairs and a work/study desk. There is a sofa bed available in the living area (queen size bed), accommodates an extra two guests (linen is supplied upon request). A baby cot (linen included) and high chair is available, this will be provided upon request. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, hand basin, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and all toiletries are included. The toilet is located adjacent to the laundry. The laundry has a washing machine and detergent. An iron, ironing board and a drying rack is available. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, utensils, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster press, pots, pans and plenty of other items. You can simply enjoy the garden area, there are beautiful flowers and plants that surround the property, an outdoor table and chairs are also available for your use. The back yard/lawn area is secured by a one meter high fence and gate, so your children and pets are safe. There is ample parking space in the driveway/undercover carport. You can park up to three vehicles in the driveway. You can also fit your caravan or boat in the driveway as its a spacious area. Upon arrival (breakfast inclusion)- you will be supplied with filtered water, fresh fruit, coffee pods/coffee/tea, sugar, milk, spreads and a loaf of bread. Guest access Guests can use the entire home, the outdoor storeroom is locked, no access. Other things to note Maximum 6 guests. Please advise the amount of guests staying, to ensure the correct amount of linen is provided. Upon check out, leave windows in the open position to allow airflow through the home. Note: The two bedroom doors have no keys, therefore they can not be locked. Note: Long term stays (28 days) Excessive electricity and water usage/wasteful usage will be billed to you after your stay. Note: cleaning fee included as listed, excessive cleaning exceeding 4.5 hours of cleaning will be billed after your stay. Surcharge applies of $30 per set of lost keys.
