My objective is to offer world-class facilities at our service apartment to our cherished guests that redefine the parameters of hospitality The space The apartment is located in an independent 3 story building in Coffee Board Layout within a gated boundary. You will enter the building from the ground floor which is converted into a parking area. Through the parking we have both options of a lift as well as stairs to scale upwards to the apartments. There are three identical individual self-serviced apartments in each floor of the building. As we enter any of the apartment, the main door opens into a living cum dining area, installed with comfortable sofas and a dining table with chairs. The three piece sofa can be found on your left and the dining table on your right. The living area is also equipped with an LED TV for entertainment purposes. Going beyond the dining area, you will find an open kitchen on the far left of the apartment. Equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove and a chimney, you can use the kitchen to cook basic meals, if you get tired having outside food. We also provide a 20 ltrs. bisleri water can for drinking and cooking purposes. Beyond the sofas on one corner you will also find a door leading to a small balcony. Doors to both bedrooms open from the living room itself. Each room here will provide you with a wardrobes, AC and clean linen. Featuring a shower, the private bathrooms also comes with free toiletries. Only one of the two bathrooms have an attached bathroom while the other has a common access from the living room. The living room is well lit because of couple of windows and also has a wash-basin. The breakfast served is a mix of Continental and Indian cuisines. Option to choose among the apartments will be given if more than one is available at the time of your check-in. Guest access The guests are allowed access all the amenities within the apartment. The parking on the ground floor can be used by guests to park their vehicles. The roof top of the apartment is accessible to the guests. Please note other apartments will not be accessible to you, even if they are unoccupied. Other things to note Our care taking staff are present on call to meet any needs of the guests. Please note as it is a residential area, kindly do not indulge in activities which might disturb the other guests and neighbors. Room Service facility is available and the breakfast is part of the package. Lunch & dinner can be served at additional cost.
