The space The apartment size 125m2 including 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bath rooms. Clients are secured 24/24 security with privacy and freely feeling like home with full kitchenware for cooking including washing machine and clothes dryer. We call here “One stop places” with full facilities: Enjoy shopping in tallest building in Vietnam Landmark 81th floor and grab the food with more than hundreds restaurants. Within 2-5 minute walking together with all the other facilities: swimming pool, gym fitness, tennis, badminton, mini golf, kids place, BBQ party in the park. In year 2017 and 2018 we have achieved top guest review 9,6/10 based on thousands of booking reservations on booking.com Guest access Elevators Other things to note Upon self check in, we come to collect the deposit 100usd and allow us to take pictures of passports of resident for registration with Vinhomes Management office. The deposit 100usd will be refunded upon check out if there is no damage. Kindly note below: 1. Return key card on the table upon check out. Loosing one key card is subject to reimbursement 25usd. 2. Please Turn off air condition in the bedroom and in the living room and turn off the lights when you are going out or when you don’t use it. 3. Please Don’t wear the shoes inside the apartment. We have prepared sleepers in each apartment. 4. No smoking in the room. Smoking in the room is subject to fire alarm and it cost 250usd for reimbursement to pay for Vinhomes Management Office. There is balcony outside. If smoking, please move to balcony. 5. Please Don’t put the toilet papers directly to the toilet. There is small garbage bin nearby the toilet, please put inside. Making the toilet stucked by putting toilet paper or women sanitary or anything strange objectives are subject to reimbursement. It costs up to 500usd to make the toilet go through. 6. Please Don’t leave the garbage itself. Each floor in the apartment, there is a garbage room at the end or in the middle of the hallway. 7. Please be mindful and protecting the table and chairs surface. Please don’t put anything hot (hot tea/ hot pot or hot pan) directly on the table surface or on the chairs or on the sofa. We will claim credit card charge or deposit depends of the conditions of the damage. Any damages you have found upon staying, please contact to us as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
