A quiet room in my house

My house is located in the heart of Bourg-en-Bresse, a short walk from the city center, in a quiet and natural area. The premises are strictly non-smoking. A little kitten lives in the house, so I can't accept cats or dogs. A private bathroom and toilet are available for you. PLEASE NOTE, NO KITCHEN AVAILABLE. The space I am offering a room in my house for rent. I live in the house and use the spaces adjacent to the room. Mutual respect for the premises. The "Garden Side" room is rented for 1 or 2 people. It is equipped with a large 140 bed. It has a French window overlooking the garden and a desk for work. A bathroom with private toilet is intended for the room. A kettle is available in the room as well as some tea bags, coffee, herbal teas, for a quick breakfast. NO KITCHEN AVAILABLE – Direct access to the room through the laundry room of the house. Street parking is available in front of the house. Cleaning is not charged in addition to the rental - Also it is requested to make the bedroom and bathroom as clean as possible. For this purpose, you will find a sponge and product in the bathroom cabinet and a broom, vacuum cleaner and dustpan in the laundry room. Guest access The bedroom and bathroom are private. Any other space in the house is not part of the rental offer. Car parking is specific along the property so as not to disturb the neighbors. During your stay I work in my drawing-painting studio, attached to the house, so I'm on site. Other things to note I have a cat that roams around the house. It doesn't enter the bedrooms unless you leave the door open.
