Our ground floor apartment in our georgian townhouse is located in the historic area of Kirkgate in Cockermouth. There is off road parking next to the house, private entrance and easy access to town centre, cafes, pubs as well as sports centre with gym and pool. The space We love our home, dated 1761 it has lots of quirky features and no straight walls! It has been a journey of renovation and discovery that is still ongoing! We moved the Lake District 15 years ago and fell in love with the place, the town centre location is perfect for popping into town to enjoy the numerous restaurants and very friendly pubs. We made this ground floor easily accessible small apartment for our family to enjoy but in between we are happy to share it. Other things to note We are situated just at the end of the main street. The situation is perfect for access to the amenities but you may experience some road noise.
