Brukshotellet - Double bedroom w. private entrance

At the back of the house you will find room 25, a large double room with its own entrance and private bathroom. Here there is a small extra room with the possibility for easier cooking; microwave, hob and a small fridge. Access to water is currently only available in the toilet. If the hotel is not rented out to a closed party, you are welcome to use the hotel building's large kitchen. Dogs and cats are welcome in this room. The space While this is a hotel building, it is not an ordinary hotel anymore, it's more like a large, shared home. You can either rent the whole hotel or just a room. The guests bring their own bed linen and towels (can be rented for 150/SEK/person) as well as all consumables, such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid and so on. There should be enough for a couple of days upon arrival, and when you leave - make sure it's enough for the next-coming guest's first days too. There is no restaurant, but a large kitchen for you to use. There is a shop within walking distance of the Brukshotellet. The house is both old and charming but in need of some renovation. Since I bought the house in 2020, I have started renovations both inside and outside. For the time being, 100 % of the earnings are used for maintenance and renovation, with as little disturbance as possible. One of the things that are high on the list is that there is currently only one shower that is shared by the seven rooms that do not have their own shower in the room. Guest access There is a large parking by the house. Other things to note The guests clean themselves and bring all consumables such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid and so on. There should be enough for a couple of days when you arrive - and also when you leave. Cleaning not properly done is charged up to 5000 SEK, depending on the cost to hire a cleaning company. Towel and bedlinen are not included, but can be rented for 150 SEK/set. Kitchen towels can also be rented, 3 for 50 SEK.
