Located within easy walking distance to several Surf Clubs, cafes, and pristine Cotton Tree beach The space Our Unit is comfy and practical and is close to all the things that are important on any beach-break holiday - sea, sand and surf, as well as good eating places and great coffee shops. We can usually also provide great sunny, warm weather (although this isn’t always guaranteed!) Guest access Our complex has a BBQ and Pool area located within easy access to the Unit. Other things to note The Unit is located on the ground floor and there is ramped access from the street, as well as elevator access from the basement car park, so stroller and mobility aids are not a problem.
