In a detached house with garden and terrace, close to a wooded park, we offer a nice single room. Check-in time: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Check-out before 12 p.m. (4 p.m. for night workers) Near RER D, access bus 5 minutes away. 40 km from Paris Gare de Lyon Several free parking spaces nearby (non-private) Shared Kitchen, Bathroom, and Toilet. Shops (Intermarché) 15 minutes away and municipal swimming pool 5 minutes' walk The space Townhouse located a 3-minute walk to the city center, bakery, fast food restaurant, café... and the municipal pool. Intermarché is a 15-minute walk away. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with a single bed, a desk, a chair. Welcome tray available (tea/herbal tea), and Senseo coffee offered in the kitchen, Bath towels/washcloths available in the room A large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, hooks to hang your towel (do not leave it in the room), A separate toilet on the same landing. On the ground floor, a living/dining room (not shared), and an equipped open-plan kitchen (shared). A shelf in the refrigerator will be assigned to you if needed (no freezer available) The garden is on the edge of a pleasant green park, separated by a natural hedge that preserves your privacy, and wooden fences.
