The condo is cosy, spacious (44 sq.m.) clean & organized. All that you need ( aircon, oven, induction cooker, kettle, refrigerator, cable TV, wifi, water heater etc) for a comfortable stay, is available. The condo has a lovely panorama of trees, grass, sky & ocean. Beautiful hacienda type gated community. The space My place is a 2-bedroom condo with a total area of 44 sqm comprised of: 5 sqm balcony, 8 sqm 1st bedroom, another 8 sqm bedroom, 10 sqm living and dining room, 5 sqm kitchen and 8 sqm bathroom and toilet. Five (5) of my guests can use all of La Mirada amenities ( infinity pool, kiddy pool, gym, garden and a vast compound ideal for walking and biking) FREE of charge. LAMIRADA has its own pools (infinity and kids) which , garden and gym The condo sits next to the ocean and its sister hotel and resort - Vistamar Resort, which you can also visit and use. Vistamar has an entrance fee of 850 per guest with free food. Guest access The guest can enter the gated compound of Sta Lucia and parking can be availed on any roadside parks which for the moment is free. Other things to note To our future guest, we highly suggest to bring your own drinking water & groceries Please do not approach the hotel front desk for any concerns as we are a private homeowner in the condo.
