The accommodation is located on the south coast of Pico Island, in the village of São-João. Easy access to different natural pools, and stunning views of Pico Mountain and the Ocean. It is also possible to observe cetaceans from the balcony. Unique place to rest and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. The space The property is a villa with stunning views of the Ocean and Pico Mountain. With my husband and our two children (5 years and 5 months) we live on the ground floor, the first floor is reserved entirely for visitors. Guest access The first floor of the house is reserved for visitors. It's an independent and private space that visitors don't have to share. This includes a double bedroom with ocean views, a bathroom, a living room and a balcony. There is no real kitchen in the guest area, however there is all the necessary equipment for making breakfast (mini fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave). The only part of the house shared with the hosts is the entrance to the house. During your stay We speak French, English and Portuguese. We love to interact with the people we host. We will be available if they need advice. If we are not present, we remain available by email or phone. Other things to note - Breakfast is not supplied. -Interior rules of the accommodation: - Check in possible from 4pm to 8pm and check out until 11am - Visitors should be aware that we live in the same house with a 5-year-old child and a 5-month-old baby. - No smoking indoors, lighting a fire, candles or incense - No pets allowed - Quiet weather must be respected from 10pm to 7am - Cleaning is done after each checkout and once per week for long stays - Visitors must keep the accommodation clean and tidy Registration Details 2385/AL
