Cowes Crew House, 100 yds from Yacht Haven & Sea.

Fabulous large open plan crew house, sleeping 10/11 people. Extremely well maintained and owner managed. The house is set behind the High Street, within 100 m of the shops (M&S, Sainsburies and the bustling high street shops). Its a 2/3 minute flat walk to the red jet passenger service (Southampton/West Cowes). For those arriving by boat is as close to the Yacht haven as you could possibly walk, and no hills to climb, its at sea level. The space The house been an open plan crew house for over 10 years now, the entire time that i have owned it. It has also been my main home on occasion and my holiday home, so it is well looked after, and extremely well equipped. Guest access The entire house can be booked. I live closely up the road so am on hand if needed. When time permits I will also set up listings for half the house (sleeping 5) to be set up too.PARKING There is no parking at the property, but there are 2 parking options available, do check Isle of wight website to ensure this info hasn't changed! Correct as at March 2022 OPTION 1) Visitor Permit. Booked by myself in advance, 2/day On street parking on the roads around the house. Zone C2 parked bays. I have photo'd the page from the isle of wight council website as airbnb won't allow me to give the link. /Residents/Parking-Services/ Parking-Permits/Residential-Permits-Zones OPTION 2) Tourist Permit Booked by yourself, 15.10 for 2 days etc or longer allows parking in most (NOT ALL) carparks all over island including the carpark by the house Again I have photo'd the page from the council as not allowed to give link. Other things to note Checkout is strictly at 10am on the leaving day. If requested in advance it may be possible to extend this depending on other commitments.
