Canberra large self-contained annexe

Guests will have their own entrance that opens up to a sun-filled, modern room-ensuite with a fully equipped private kitchen that overlooks our landscaped courtyard. All amenities in the room are new and please treat this facility as your own. The place is geographically central to all of the Canberra's attractions and most of the Governemt offices, just 10 minutes to the city, Belconnen, Barton, Kingston and Woden. Public transport available from top of the road. Street parking available. The space The accomodation offers a comfortable queen bed, bedside tables, TV and DVD player. Fully equiped kitchen provides a spacious fridge, microwave with a grill, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and all other utensils. Tea, coffee, cereal and milk will be provided to start the day. Guest access The guest will have access to the room and courtyard only, not to the house. Other things to note This is strictly a no smoking room. Please rinse used crockery and cutlery. Encourage to remove shoes to protect the timber floor, although its not mandatory. Not suitable for people with mobility needs.
