A haven of peace located in the countryside but at the gateway to Montpellier (just 9 km from Place de la Comédie) and close to the sea and the Cévennes. In this 550 m² former winegrower's house on a 2 hectare property, with a large 15 x 7.5 metre swimming pool, you can get accommodated in one of our 3 fully renovated and air-conditioned accommodations, with fully-equipped kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms and views over the greenery. The space It is an 80-square-meter accommodation with a taste of Provence with all our modern comfort. Discover the sweet colors of the South and the small details that remind me of my grandparents. For your comfort, it is equipped with air-conditioning plus an internet access and there are: - a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a hob, an extractor hood, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. - a lounge, with a leather sofa and a stereo. - two bedrooms with high quality bedding, a wardrobe with hangers, a headboard with book lights. One bedroom has a 160 mattress; the second one a 180 mattress. - a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a hair dryer. - an iron board, an iron and a clothes drying rack - WiFi internet access Guest access You will also have access to a large swimming pool, a common terrace with a kiosk, a table, a BBQ, several deckchairs, a table tennis table as well as some spaces around the estate where you can relax, read or have a drink. Other things to note Possibility of renting two or three accommodations in the same property to accommodate 6 to 10 people We do not welcome your beloved pets as we have cats. The accomodations are non-smoking which is also the case in many places around the estate to prevent the risks of fire.
