The small apartment (bedroom, living room, dining room (no cooking stove), shower/toilet) in a 400 year old farmhouse is close to Ardez train station. There are many antique utensils in the house and in the apartment. You'll love my place because of the old-fashioned charm, equipped with all the comforts. A free parking space is available to our guests nearby. The space As part of the renovation of our house, a small, lovingly furnished B&B apartment has been created. The apartment consists of a large double bedroom, living room with TV, dining room with coffee maker, kettle, microwave and fridge (no stove or oven) plus modern shower/toilet. The house is 400 years old, and our aim was to preserve the spirit of the times. On request we serve a rich breakfast for CHF 15.00 per person per day. The tourist tax of CHF 5.00 per person per night must be paid on site. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor, has a separate entrance and is available for our guests only. Other things to note Behind the house we have a terrace with afternoon/evening sun which can be used by our guests in summer.
