You will have a pleasant stay in a gated property and a quiet neighborhood while residing a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the locality and shops. You will have the accommodation, as well as the facilities at your disposal and free of charge such as table and chairs for the terrace, several bicycles for children and adults, beach umbrella, inflatable mattress for the beach, garden shower (entering on the right)... etc... Guest access GROUND FLOOR: - Living-dining room with table + 6 chairs, fireplace, sofa bed, TV with channels in English, French, Spanish, Catalan, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, access to the terrace. - Closed kitchen, fully equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, water heater, Nespresso coffee machine, citrus press. - Toilet. Ground floor with direct access to the terrace, garden with 2 foldable clothes dryers hanging on the wall, garden in a fenced area. FIRST FLOOR: - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed, 1 dresser, built-in wardrobe. - 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, convertible into a double, built-in wardrobe. - 1 newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine. - Veranda, winter garden, dryer. - Air conditioning. - Possibility to rent a baby bed to pick up and bring back yourself. Price: €25 per stay and per bed. Please note: baby bed sheets not provided. AT YOUR ENTIRE DISPOSAL in the terrace cabinet: table and chairs for the terrace, several bicycles for children and *adults, beach umbrella. Tenants can freely use this equipment free of charge. FOR THE LITTLE ONES: games, bicycles, 1 baby bed available in the house, baby bath, potty, baby monitor, highchair, booster chair, stroller. * Bicycle cabinet in Garden with bicycles available. During your stay Teresa, your host, will personally welcome you upon arrival and departure to hand you the keys. She will remain available throughout your stay to answer any questions or assist you if needed. However, you will enjoy all the services and benefits described in the listing, in complete autonomy. In case of absence, we have a contact person working in a rental agency in L'Escala who will give you the keys, as well as the sheets and linen, and will assist you if necessary for the duration of your stay. You will therefore have a professional on site 24/7. Other things to note PETS are NOT ALLOWED in this accommodation. No smoking inside the unit.
