Private apartment - beautiful location on the idyllic Obersee

Located directly in the local recreation area of Lake Obersee in the charming village center of Schmerikon. Cozy private apartment in a two-family home. The apartment is centrally located yet quiet, close to the train station and lake (2 min walk). The area is ideal for long walks, hikes, cycling, kayaking or swimming in the lake. Sports activities such as skiing/snowboarding and cross-country skiing are within 30 minutes. The space The small but nice apartment is good for a relaxing stay for two. It has a large living room with a work desk, a cozy bedroom with a sliding door, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. A seat behind the house in front of the garden can also be used. If necessary, another mattress can be provided for two people. Because the house is old, the ceiling height and the beams are a bit low - over 1.90 cm you have to bend down a bit. Guests have their direct access to the apartment and can use it with their own key. We live in the same building but have separate access. Therefore, we are easy to reach and can be there as soon as possible if you have any questions/concerns. Parking is available at the train station with a parking meter. Guest access The apartment has its own separate entrance. Other things to note The church bells are 'active' and also indicate the time every quarter of an hour.
