Kallisto Villa

In the southwest of Samos, "Kallisto Villa " is located in a majestic landscape directly by the sea and between mountains and small villages. It combines the traditional Samian architecture with modern design and comfort. The space The property is located in a private and safe location, where you can enjoy your time swimming and sunbathing on a secluded beach, listening only to the sound of the waves. Nevertheless, access to markets, local stores, cafeterias, restaurants, bars, beach bars, etc. is very easy and quick. (1-3km) It is a two-story house with a kitchen, living room, dining room, common room, bathroom and, for bookings for more than 4 people, a bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms, a bathroom, a common room and a terrace on the second floor. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. Access to the 2nd floor is via a built-in staircase. Outside the house is an open space with garden. There are a few cats and dogs in the area that will probably come to greet you when they see you! The sea is right in front of the house with a beach with pebbles and clean, fresh water that comes right under the mountains. There are sheets and comforters for each bed and towels for each person. For stays of more than 3 days there are proportionally extra Wi-Fi access, TV, Netflix and air conditioning are available.(The third bedroom is accessible if the reservation is for more than 4 people) We also offer the possibility to rent canoes and use your villa as a base for your maritime excursions exploring the island [Ask us for more details and options] The villa is suitable for couples, families and groups. We live far from the island and have the misfortune not to be able to meet all our guests.
